Former coach house, now annexe. Late C17 or early C18. Red brick. Steep pitched old tile roof with brick coped parapet gables. S elevation mainly renewed brick with moulded floor band and 3 segmental-headed leaded casements. Ground floor converted to garage. N wall is continuous with W side of former walled garden, now playground. Two and a half sides of a square garden wall intact. Red brick. 3 metres high. Triangular sloped brick coping.
