Farmhouse, (stable block altered and partially demolished so as to be no longer listable): early Cl9; rendered walls lined as ashlar, over painted stone plinth; tiled main roof, but slate to front slope and extension on right. 3-window wide, 2-room deep under M-roof; 3-storey; single-storey one-bay extension on right. 3-storey section symmetrical. 6-panel front door up 2 stone steps, upper panels fielded, bottom flush. Semi-circular fanlight with curved glazing bars: reeded frame. Attached Corinthian pillars each side, with impost blocks faced paterae, open pediment above. 4-pane wide sash windows each side; first floor similar windows on outside, 3-pane wide sash in centre. Second floor windows as first, but upper sashes only one pane deep. Above, projecting cornice and plain parapet: parapet cable to front slope only. Projecting gable chimneys, 2 on right, 1 on left. To right a single-storey rendered extension as main block; centre breaks forward slightly, containing semi-circular headed opening, with French door, glazed upper part, 2 flush panels below: plain parapet. Balancing extension on left built about 1973, not of special interest.
