CHART SUTTON CHART HILL TQ 74 NE ROAD [west side] 4/29 Ivy Cottage GV II
House. C16 or earlier with mid C19 alterations. Timber framed. Front elevation clad in red brick with buff brick dressings. Right gable end stone to ground floor, weather- boarded above. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys on brick plinth. Multiple brick ridge stack towards right end and slender red brick stack with buff dressings projecting towards left end of front elevation. 2 brick gables towards right end. Irregular fenestration of one 2-light casement below each gable. Segmental heads to all windows. Boarded door to left of centre with semi-circular fanlight in small brick porch. Rear lean-to. Interior not inspected.
