BELL STREET 1. 5253 (South Side) No 36 TL 4831 1483:3/35 6.6.52 II GV 2. C16. Heavy timberframed 2-bay building of 2 storeys with plastered jettied gable end to street. Slightly lower 2 storey 2-bay timberframed range with internal gable chimney extends to rear. Steep old red tiled roofs. Panelled pargetting on front renewed but chevron pattern and layout follows earlier pattern. Single C18 flush boxed sash window with 6/6 panes, sashes renewed. Ground floor front renewed in brick with modern bow window.
