Cottage, c.1600, extended in C18 and C20. Timber framed, part plastered,
part weatherboarded,roof thatched, rear extension of brick, plastered, with
tiled roof. 2 bays, with C19 axial chimney stack, C18 lean-to at NE end,
C20 extension at rear. Single-storey with attic. Roof half-hipped at SW
end, hipped at NE end. 3 C20 metal casement windows, plain door. Cambered
tiebeam with arched brace, edge-halved and bridled scarf in rear wallplate.
No other framing visible in January 1983.
