House, now 2 houses. C17 altered in C19. Timber frame roughcast with steep slate roof. 3-unit central chimney plan house facing E. Rear wing at SW with low pitched slate roof (No 14) and stair turret in the angle. 2 storey, 3 windows. Square flush box sliding sash windows to upper floor with 8/8 panes at No 14 but replaced by 2/2 sashes in No 12. Recessed canted bow windows in centre and to left. C19 divided former shop window with trusses and fascia at right. 2 doors between windows in moulded doorcases, 4 Panel half-door to No 14, boarded door to No 12 on right.
