House. C17 or earlier, brick front c.1700, W bay cased in C19. Timber frame, tilehung at W gable top, cased in thin red brick in irregular Flemish-bond. W part in regular red brickwork. A 1½ storeys, 3-cells, internal-chimney, lobby-entry plan house facing S, with chimney a third from E end. Lean-to slated brick extension set back on W end. 3 windows long with 2 gabled dormer windows to eaves on S, plat-band above segmental window arches, 2-light flush small-pane casements renewed wider. Small 2-1 casement over plat-band to left of entrance probably lights a stair. T-shaped chimney with corbelled cap in line with 4-panel ovolo-moulded and fielded door (top panels now glazed) in heavy frame under tiled gabled timber porch. Exposed joists and beams to lobby.
