Maltings, now restaurant. C16-17 timber frame. C18-20 red brick infill. Plain tile roof. 1-2 storeys. The W side has 2 C18 lateral chimney stacks and C18 restored gable cross wing. The E side has 2 1st floor windows which may be in original openings. Some tile hanging. C20 gabled front extension at E end. C20 leaded casements. Weatherboarded and red brick rear elevation. Included for group value in centre of town.
