House, formerly 2 cottages. Mid C17. Tarred weatherboarding. C19 red brick ground floor. Plain tile roof with central ridge stack. 2 storeys. 3 C19 cast iron casements of 2 and 3 lights. Ground floor with doors each end and 2 casements between them, the right door early C19 in chamfered wood frame. Left gable end with C17 red brick and small external stack. 3-bay interior, all exposed framing, the right bay with chamfered joists.
