II
House. Circa 1800. Red brick square-plan building with a plain
tile hipped roof. Dentilled brick eaves. 2 storeys and attics.
Front elevation is on the E and has 3 flush sash windows with
cambered gauged brick lintels, the outer sashes triple hung.
Good central doorcase with fluted corinthian pilasters, a
pulvinated bay leaf frieze and dentilled pediment. Scroll-
patterned fanlight. 4 stone steps with foot scraper. 2 original
box dormers with square leaded casements. Contemporary single
storey service wing on SE.
