House. Late medieval timber frame, probably once an open hall. Circa 1600 chimney and fireplaces inserted to middle of 3-bay structure. 1 bay added to E end late C17 or early C18. Front has C18 brick casing to ground floor and a plastered upper floor. Plain tile roof, half hipped at ends. 2 storeys. 4 C20 casements,including 2 eaves dormers. C20 porch with timber frame upper floor. Rear elevation has exposed framing and C17/18 brick on upper floor; C20 brick to ground floqr. Internal framing shows arch braces to plates and ties and wind braces to roof. Exposed stout joists and an old land rail; 2 fireplaces of circa 1600.
