House pair. Early C19 front to C17 or earlier timber frame
house. Red brick. Slate roof. N gable end is plastered and has
mock timber frame. 2 storeys. Moulded and dentilled brick
eaves. 4 evenly spaced flush sash windows. Reeded frames with
rams-head paterae. Gauged brick lintels. 2 reeded-panel doors,
also with reeded frames; paterae to triglyphs of frieze;
cornice hoods with beaded mutules. External stack on N gable,
partly C16/17 red brick. Rear projection with a C17 lateral
stack. Interior with exposed beams.
