House. C15 and later timber frame range on left; duplicate C20 gabled bay on right; half-timbered C20 central porch. Plastered front. Plain tile roof. Two storeys. Leaded casements. Porch has jettied upper floor and gable and a square leaded oriel on the first floor. South elevation has exposed framing and painted brick nogging. Three bays, the middle one possibly a former hall. Rear two bays with slightly higher roof line. C17 inserted red brick stack at join with four square shafts. Four windows, the left three in original C16/17 openings. Internally, the front bay has a heavy unmoulded beam and flat joists. Formerly a timber frame chimney stack. (RCHM Typescript).
