House, now two houses. C17 or earlier, divided in late C18. Timber frame on stuccoed brick plinth, roughcast, painted brick rear extension projects to East. Steep old red tile roof carried down as catslide over rear extension. A two-storeys, two windows wide house, set back from lane, facing South into orchard. Large C18 internal chimney rising in middle just to front of ridge. South front has two three-lights flush lattice casements to first floor (cast iron lattice casement at Left Hand), two-lights to ground floor with segmental arched heads. Boarded door next each corner with moulded frame, and gabled tiled hood on large S-shaped wooden brackets. Dripboard on brackets over each window.
