8/8 Walls to walled gardens - at Hexton Manor near village street

GV II

Walls to walled gardens. Late C18 or early C19, and late C19 heightening. Red brick chequered with black headers in lower part in Flemish-bond. The walls of 2 adjoining large rectangular enclosures to SW of house, about 4M high generally but heightened to about 7M adjoining the village street on W where they are prominent in the Conservation Area.
