Pantile roof. 2-room central lobby-entry plan, with inserted entrance to
No 11 on right; continuous rear outshut. 2 storeys, 2 first-floor windows.
Plinth. Step to 6-fielded-panel door in architrave beneath plain stuccoed
overdoor panel and raised ashlar keystone, flanked by 12-pane flush sashes
with sills and keystones. C20 door to right. First-floor band. Small oval
inscribed ashlar tablet with moulded surround. First floor: C19 four-pane
sash to left in flush wooden architrave, C20 casement to right in original
opening. Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Central cross-plan corniced stack.
Interior: inglenook fireplace, chamfered ceiling beams and exposed joists to
No 11; not fully investigated.
