GV II
Abbey almonry, then residential (probably 2 dwellings), now one house. Probably early C16, converted to dwelling late C16/early C17, with later alterations; restored 1973 by Worcs. Building Preservation Trust. Square-panelled timber-frame with rendered infill on stone plinth. Renewed plain tile roof with large brick stack to rear roof pitch. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 4 framed bays with through-passage, lower wing added on right (W). N side: first floor has three renewed windows, within timber-framing divisions, with 2-light 6/6-pane casements, paired to right-hand bays. Ground floor: two small-pane 1-light windows to left bay; two 3-light 6/6/6-pane windows to right bays; C20 door to through-passage; close-studding below mid-rail; plinth of coursed rubblestone. Lower wing, on right, blind. Rear (S elevation): 6/6-pane casement windows; C20 door to through-passage. INTERIOR: not inspected.
