Villa now flats. c1840-50 with c1970s conversion. Possibly by Samuel W Daukes. Ashlar basement, otherwise stucco over brick with hipped slate roof and iron balconies. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attics and basement, 3 first-floor windows. Left breakforward is gabled. First- and second-floor bands; wide eaves on brackets. Breakforward has triple round-arched windows with 1/1 sashes, chamfered mullions and imposts to ground and first floors. Otherwise first-floor has 2/2 horizontal-pane sashes; ground floor has tall 1/1 sashes, with floating cornices on console brackets. Attic and basement have casement windows. Entrance to rear a C20 glazed door in tooled surround with fanlight. Rear has four first-floor windows, all with tooled architraves, one to ground floor is tripartite, 4/4 between 2/2 sashes; otherwise 6/6 sashes. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: rear retains 2 ground-floor balconies with scroll motif. HISTORICAL NOTE: a prestigious villa on the edge of The Park development where Daukes was architect of several of the villas.
