2 houses. C18. No.12 of red brick in Flemish bond, No.13 stuccoed. Plain tile roof, half-hipped on right. Brick stack on left and at right to rear, rendered stack to right. 3 storeys and attic, No.12 has 1 large bay, No.13 has 2 bays. No.12 has door of 6 fielded panels on right with overlight, panelled reveals and soffit, fluted pilasters, and entablature with dentilled cornice. On left and on second floor 2 late C19 sashes, set under gauged brick flat arches. On first floor, C19 rectangular oriel window with central sash flanked by narrow sashes and some at sides, apron under, and console bracketed cornice. Stone coped parapet. 2 hipped dormers. No.13 has 3 sashes, set under flat arches to ground floor with flanking pilasters, frieze and cornice. C19 yard doorway on right with heavy console brackets to panelled entablature and pediment. 2 sashes on first and second floors set under flat arches. Brick-on-edge coped parapet. 2 hipped roof dormers. Entrance door on right return. INTERIOR not inspected.
