Cottage. Much rebuilt, probably early C20 by Christine Hamlyn. Rendered and whitewashed, hipped slate roof; two stacks with brick shafts, one to rear of left and one to right end.
Plan : single room depth, central hall with flanking rooms.
Exterior: two storeys, 2:1 windows, two-light casements with close set glazing bars and 12-pane sash windows, two small dormer windows to the roof. Door opening virtually to the centre with flanking small four-pane casements, half-glazed door, gabled slated hood on consoles. Secondary door openings on the left return, small sash windows with close-set glazing bars.
