Cottage. Largely late C18. Brick with ironstone rubble in gable and to outshut. Collyweston slate roof. One and a half storeyed, two unit plan with central four-panelled door and outer three-light casement windows with cambered brick heads: the right-hand bay has been repaired in patches of a later C19 brick. Brick buttress to left of doorway. Two hipped gabled dormer windows of two- and three-lights. Nogged eaves course. Gable end stacks.
