PETER TAVY PETER TAVY SX 57 NW 9/102 "Wisdom" - GV II
House. Circa late C18 or early C19. Rendered stone rubble walls. Gable ended slate roof. 2 gable end plastered rubble stocks. Plan: 2 principal rooms at the front with integral outshut of smaller service rooms at the rear. Central entrance with stairs at rear projecting into outshut. Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front of original 12-pane hornless sashes. C19 gabled open-fronted porch at centre with early C19 part-glazed door behind. Modillion cornice below eaves. Integral outshut along rear wall with taller stair tower at centre which has original windows and hipped roof. Interior not inspected, but may contain original plasterwork and joinery.
