10/234 Pair of chest tombs about 4m south - east of the porch of the Church of St Constantine
GV II
Pair of chest tombs. Early C19. Stone with slate lids. The southernmost commemorates Richard Edgecumbe of Edgecumbe (qv), died 1818 and is a chest of 4 blocks of granite with a chamfered plinth and a slate lid with a border decorated with incised arabesques and anthemia at the corners. The northernmost commemorates George Harrison, died 1831 and is an ashlar chest with hollow chamfered plinth and cornice and a slate lid with a decorated border.
