12/77 Crossman headstone approximately 11 metres south of Chancel of Church of St Bridget
GV II
Headstone. Dated 1759 in memory of William Crossman and his wife Agnes. Slate. Nowy-head with moulded edge. Rhyming epitaph below inscription. Skull and cross- bones carved in the head with hour-glass to one side and heart to the other; above is inscribed "memento mon vita brevis".
