SAMPFORD SPINEY SAMPFORD SPINEY SX 57 SW 7/104 - Group of 3 monuments to the Spurrell family in the churchyard about lm east of chancel of Church of St Mary GV GV 3 headstones. Early C19. Slate. To Samuel Spurrell, 1831, nowy-headed with roundel to each side, with laudatory quatrain; by J. Toop of Whitchurch. To Samuel Spurrell, 1804, plain, nowy-headed, with valedictory quatrain. To Mary Spurrell, 1810, nowy- headed, with incised scroll decoration to top.
