Details
CULLOMPTON EXETER ROAD, Cullompton ST 00 NW 5/91 The Bell Inn - - II Inn. Mid C19 recasing of an earlier building. Brick, some cob, partly plastered, under gabled-end slate roof. 2 end and 1 axial stack, brick shafts to all. 2 storeys. Front: 4-window range; 16 hornless pane sashes to all windows; 2 doorways, recessed behind convex chamfered reveals run out to give the impression of shouldered arches; doors panelled. Plat band, containing name of the inn; rusticated quoins. Some boxed beams internally which appear from description of building in 1910 to be C17.
