GV II Dwelling with shop below forming part of a long row. Early C19 but probably retaining earlier core. Plastered, under gabled-end slate roof. Right-hand end stack with brick shaft. 2 storeys. Front: 2-window range; moulded gutter box and plaster pilaster quoins; 2-pane horned sash windows with margin panes to 1st floor; Edwardian shop front, large plate glass frames with curved corners; moulded cornice.
