Farmhouse, now house. Mid C16 with early C17 and mid C17 additions. Red English garden wall bond and rendered brick with slate roof. Two and three storeys. Garden front: late C17 three-storey portion to left with stone quoins to angles. Bond between ground and first floors of two rows of stretchers supported on a row of alternatively projecting headers. Cogged band between first and second floors. C20 French windows to ground floor with segmental head cutting through the lower band. Two-light first floor window with cambered head cutting through upper band. Rendered mid C16 block to right of this with C20 fenestration. Left hand side: stone quoins to corners, and bands as on garden front. Blocked doorway to right of centre and blocked window to first floor right. Right hand second floor window also blocked. Interior: Mid C16 portion has chamfered end-stopped ceiling beams to ground floor. One set of full cruckblades evident in parlour and upstairs bedroom. Early C17 portion has had two floors and sleeping balcony inserted in what was a three-storey block this century. Wind bracing to purlins.
