Former Rectory, mid to late C18 and early C19, with alterations and additions. Painted brick with double pitched slate roof and tile ridge. 2 storey 3 window rectangular house in 2 blocks, with plain band to first floor front block, and stone plinth to rear. The front block has stone capped gable parapets and a projecting gable end stack which is cut back to the roof line and slate roofed. Windows to front renewed with painted simulated cills. To sides, timber near-flush casements and new sashes with glazing bars. Central front door in doorcase, with fielded panels, under small flat canopy on moulded brackets. Door with 4 fielded panels. Stone steps between side plinths. Rear block has recessed sashes and casements, and ground floor French windows, all with glazing bars. Rectangular window in wing to east with leaded panes with Gothic heads. Interior: Front - first floor, Gothic headed door; ground floor, broad 2-panel doors. Rear - door and window cases with fluted mouldings and corner floral bosses. Cornice with similar corner motifs. 6-panel doors.
