Guest-house and house. C18 with early C19 alterations and additions. Roughcast stone with slate roof. 2 storeys, 6 bays, last 2 bays form cottage. Windows are sashed with glazing bars; but 4th bay of ground floor has small-paned casement; last 2 bays have casement windows. Gabled porches to entrances to 3rd and 5th bays. Gable-end stack and 3 cross-axial stacks. Right return has 2-storey canted bay window. Rear has gabled range. Included for group value.
