5/20 Pennyhop - - II
Cottage. Probably late C18. Painted rendered stone rubble and cob. Hipped thatch roof. Rendered brick stack at left end and diagonally set brick stack to rear right-hand corner. 2-room and central cross-passage plan, the staircase running from back to front to left of the passage. Leantos at each end, thatched at right end, corrugated iron roof to left side. C20 outshut to rear. 2 storeys. 3-window range. C20 fenestration. 2-light casements. Thatched roof to central porch. Interior: Some C19 joinery survives.
