House. Mid C19. Unrendered stone rubble. Fishscale patterned clay tile roof with
gable end stacks with rebuilt diagonally set twin brick shafts.
T-shaped plan with two rooms to front range and entrance in right side of rear
service range.
2 storeys. 2 window range to front. All C19 fenestration intact, 2 light casements
to upper storey, 3 light casements to ground floor with cast iron lozenge glazing
pattern. Tiled roofs to verandahs to front and to right side of rear range with
replaced timber posts. Plank door.
