SOUTH MOLTON EAST STREET SS7025-7125 (north west side) 5/41 - No 34 (The Old Rectory) 20.8.51 GV II

Mid C18. 2 storeys, stuccoed. Slate roof. Modillion eaves cornice. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact and keystones. 2 Venetian windows to ground floor. The right side elevation is slate hung and has a later verandah. The interior has 2 good fireplaces of c.1770, one having swags and urn decorations.
