Details
NEWTON ST CYRES THE VILLAGE SX 89 NE 5/48 Coburg - GV II Cottage. Late C18 - early C19, modernised circa 1970, enlarged circa 1977. Cob on rubble footings with cob and brick stacks. Thatched roof. Main block to left of front. 2 storeys. Originally 2-room plan with single storey kitchen block behind. Gabled each end with 4-window symmetrical facade and central door. C20 casements. Interior much modernised and hipped-roofed wing to right built circa 1977. Included for group value.
