House. C17 or earlier, remodelled in circa mid C19, reroofed circa 1960. Rendered
and pebbledashed on rubble, gabled slated roof with wide eaves, brick stacks to the
rear.
Plan and development: 3 room and through-passage plan, each room heated by a rear
lateral stack. In C19 passage blocked by inserted stair.
Exterior: 2 storeys, 4-windows, 12-pane sashes with raised cement surrounds, except
casement to third bay on first floor. Door opening to third bay, half-glazed door
in a cement surround.
Interior: retains all its mid-Victorian features including staircase, chimneypieces
and joinery.
Roof: completely replaced circa 1960.
