HORWOOD HORWOOD SS 52 NW 4/61 Gatepiers and flanking walls approximately 150 metres north- east of Horwood House GV II

Gatepiers and flanking walls. Probably late C18. Painted rendered stone. Gatepiers of square section with moulded caps tapering up to ball finials, to each end of low curved walls, with C20 wooden railings terminating in C20 wooden inner gate-piers. Situated at drive entrance to Horwood House (q.v.).
