Farmhouse, Cl7. Colourwashed rendered rubble and cob. Thatch roof with gable ends. Stacks at each end, partly brick to left, rubble to right with slate weathering. 2 cell plan with cross passage. 2 storeys. 3 window range of C20 2- light casements above 2 similar casements. C19/C20 rubble porch with tiled roof and rounded brick arch. 4-panelled inner door. 2 storey outshut to rear with corrugated iron roof and brick stack at right end. 2 scroll-stopped beams to each of the principal rooms. Original roof trusses appear to be intact but no access to roofspace.
