House in row. Late C18 or early C19. Rendered rubble returns, slate roof with
clay tile cresting. Three-storey house with through passage, left, to long back
wing, and curved corner at lower end, returning to narrow passageway at back of
Imdina and Home Croft (qv). Two windows, all 12-pane sashes, those to top floor
square. At ground and first floor the windows contained in plat-band; at second
floor similar band to jambs only. On curved end is one 4-pane horned sash.
Central 6-panel door on two stone steps and in pilaster surround with cornice on
consoles; opening far left has a lintel with keystone formed in rendering.
Plinth. small stack to right gable, large stack left possibly shared with
No 52.
