Farmhouse. Probably C17, but much modified C18 and C19. Rendered rubble, some at back exposed, low-pitched slate roof, but asbestos-cement slate to granary end. Long, narrow range, perhaps originally with cross-passage, but passage now faces stair, continuous outshut to back, part 2-storey and part 1-storey; at the higher end, to the left, a granary above a part sunk cellar or store. Two storeys, 1+4 windows; to the granary a small 2-light casement, blocked, above 2-light, then 12-pane sashes in flush boxes. In third bay a 6-panel fielded door set deep in panelled reveals under C20 flat hood on slender iron columns. ridge stack, left, at junction with granary, off-ridge at hipped end, right, and central to outshuts at eaves. Right return has 2 windows painted in, but frames remain. Back has arched light to stair. Interior has panelled shutters, C19 doors, Victorian fireplaces, Victorian staircase. Granary, with storage bins, approached by 7 stone steps to plank door in half-hipped end, above a large open cellar with possibly C17 beams.
