GV II
Small farmhouse. Early C19 with circa mid C19 extension. Slate rubble with slat hung front. Asbestos slate roof with gabled and hipped ends. Rendered end chimney stacks. Plan: Double depth with 2 front rooms, central entrance and small integral service rooms at rear. Circa mid C19 one-room plan addition at higher right hand south end. The ground floor internal partitions have been removed from the original 2-room plan at the front. Exterior: 2 storeys. 2 plus 1 window range front. Early C19 12-pane sashes. Central early C19 flush-panel door with slate canopy on shaped brackets. Right hand extension has 2-light casement with glazing bars on first floor and C20 casement and porch on ground floor. Interior not accessible at time of survey 1986.
