At the time of the survey, 1987, the cottage was being restored and internal partitions on the ground floor had been removed to create one large room. There is a wing at the rear of the right hand end which might be a recent addition. Exterior: 2 storeys. Not quite symmetrical 2-window east front. C20 2- light casements, 2 panes per light, with slate sills. Central doorway with late C20 plank double doors and C20 gabled and glazed porch with a slate roof.
