Details
SOUTH MILTON SOUTH MILTON VILLAGE SX 64 SE 4/131 Luggers 26.1.67 G.V. II
House. Circa late C17. Rendered stone rubble walls. Hipped thatch roof. Rendered rubble axial stack with brick shaft. Plan: 3-room plan which may originally have had a passage between the centre and right-hand rooms. Central room heated by axial fireplace. Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 4-window front of C20 2, 3 and 4-light casements. Circa early C20 gabled porch to left of centre with part glazed door. Interior: inaccessible at time of survey but may contain original features such as fireplace and ceiling beams.
