Cottage. Circa Cl7. Plastered stone rubble. Steeply pitched asbestos slate hipped and half-hipped roof. Two storeys. Three window range C19 two and three-light casements with glazing bars. Plank door with slated canopy to right of buttress which may be remains of stack. C20 glazed door to left of buttress. Stack on rear wall.
