House. Late C18 with minor C20 alterations. Coursed squared gritstone with grit- stone dressings, quoins and plinth. Plain tile roof with stone central ridge stack, gable end stack to west and stone coped gable with moulded kneelers to west. Two storeys, two bays. Flush quoined doorcase with C20 glazed door to west. To east, two 2-light flush mullion windows. Above, two similar. Mixed fenestration, plain sashes and fixed small pane lights.
