SK 26 SW PARISH OF STANTON IN THE PEAK PARK LANE 4/75 (East Side) House attached to west of 12.7.67 Ivy House (formerly listed with Ivy House as 'Block of two houses 15 yards west of Church, occupied by Mrs Price and Mr B Twyford') GV II

House. Late C18 with slightly later addition. Coursed squared gritstone with gritstone dressings and quoins. Plain tile roof with stone gable end stack to west and stone ridge stack to east. Two storeys, three bays with additional bay to east. Flush quoined doorcase with incised plaque to lintel and C20 glazed door. To either side, 2-light flush mullion windows. Above, two similar with raised circular window between, over door. To east, beyond line of quoins, further flush quoined doorcase with incised plaque to lintel and plank door with adjoin- ing single light flush window. Similar window over door. Fenestration plain sashes and fixed glazing bar lights.
