SK 26 SW PARISH OF HARTHILL ASHBOURNE ROAD(B5056) 4/10 (West Side) Harthill Lodge GV II

Lodge cottage. Early C19 with later addition to rear. Coursed squared limestone with gritstone dressings and quoins. Stone slate roof with overhanging eaves and twin stone diamond set central ridge stack . Two bays, single storey, double range plan with rear range later, Tudor style. Central, ovolo moulded, four-centred arched doorcase with bracketed porch roof and studded wooden door. To either side, single light cavetto moulded windows with pointed tops and incised spandrels with diamond pattern metal casements. Similar triple window to east gable wall with similar 2-light window to south in rear range.
