House, C17 with C18 and later additions and alterations. Coursed rubble and ashlar walls with gabled, thatched roof with end stone stacks. Two storeys, irregular fenestration. Plat band. Mainly one and three-light stone mullioned windows, some being C20 replacements. Facade facing Sackmore Lane has an oval, ashlar window at first floor level. Internal features (RCHM): Original staircase with close strings, square newel-posts, heavy vase-shaped balusters and square section balusters; chamfered beams; plank and muntin partitions on the first floor.
