House, probably late C17. Rubble walls, coursed and brought to courses. Gabled, tiled roof with sprocketted eaves. Central brick stack. Main range symmetrical. Two storeys, three window range. Weathered string course stepped up over door. Ground floor has four-light stone mullioned windows with hollow chamfers flanking a central door in an ashlar surround with a depressed four-centred head. Above are similar two-light windows flanking an oval ashlar window. Rear wing has similar windows and door surround. Many windows are restored. New porch in course of construction (at time of survey 1983) with mullioned windows and four-centred headed, moulded doorway. Part-glazed C19 door. T-plan. C20 outshut to rear. Some fireplaces have been restored. Much stonework has been, or is in the course of restoration (at time of survey 1983).
