NEWLAND 1. 1625 (North Side) ST 6416 2/193 30.11.71. No 91 [Greystones] including dwarf - wall, railings and gate II GV 2. Late C18 to early to mid C19 front. One bay in 2 storeys and attic, adjoining No 89 and continuing in the same plane, and to the east, 2 window bays in 3 storeys, recessed. Pebbledash front. Slate roof. The western part has a 2 storey segmental bow with 3-light sash windows; on lower floor there are moulded strips between lights. 2 segmental headed dormers. 1 window bay in east return. The recessed 3 storey frontage has sash windows with flush frames and glazing bars. Doorway has good fanlight and peaked canopy on wrought iron brackets. Low ashlar dwarf wall. Rails with spear-headed finials both to railings and gate; standards at intervals with urn finials.

Digby Estate No 31, Sherborne Youth Club, East part of same range, Sherborne House, Front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41, The Manor House, 3 cottages next to The Manor House, 2 cottages adjoining, Nos 57 to 93 (odd) and north-east boundary wall to Newland Close form a group.
