TL 60 NW WILLINGALE SHELLOW ROAD, (South side), 6/13 1 and 2 Shellow Cottages

Pair of cottages, possibly a former single house, mid C17, timber framed and plastered with C20 pargetting. Roof of concrete plain tiles, hipped at both ends with central original large square stack. Some painted brick on ground floor of part of frontage. Windows are C20 casements and each unit has a C19 door surround with flat hood on imitation C17 scroll brackets. C20 boiler flue against west end. Interior reveals 4 bays of 'box frame' timber framing of good quality timber but without jowls.
